Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00 per order.

Orders of $75 or more ship FREE within the continental United States. The $75 free-shipping minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

During launches, sales, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Preorder items have a longer delivery timeline and will always include an estimated shipping window on the product page.

Please check the estimated arrival information before purchasing.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may be held and shipped together once the preorder item arrives unless otherwise noted.

Preorder arrival dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control. If there is a significant delay, we’ll keep customers updated.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of The Hidden Lily’s direct control.

If tracking shows a delay or a package appears to be lost, customers can contact us and we’ll help determine next steps with the carrier.

Customers should double-check their shipping address before submitting an order.

If they notice an error, they should contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
