The Hidden Lily is an independent women’s clothing boutique offering in-stock merchandise, preorder items, accessories, and related products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order for reasons including:

• pricing or product listing errors

• misuse of promotions or discount codes
• unusually large or suspicious purchasing activity
• other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, photographs, measurements, and other information are accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a product was listed incorrectly.

Prices, promotions, availability, and product details may change without notice.

We make every effort to show merchandise as accurately as possible.

Natural variations in fabric, texture, dye, or pattern placement may also occur.

Sizing can vary between brands and styles.

Whenever possible, The Hidden Lily provides product measurements, size information, and Kim’s Fit Notes to help customers choose the best size.

Fit information is provided as guidance and is not a guarantee that an item will fit every customer in the same way.

Preorder items are products purchased before they are available for immediate shipment.

Estimated arrival and shipping windows are provided on the product page whenever possible.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a preorder is significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers.

Specific preorder terms or final-sale conditions will be clearly stated on the applicable product page.

Shipping charges, processing times, delivery estimates, and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

The Hidden Lily is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns, exchanges, store credit, final-sale items, and related conditions are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, customers agree to the return and exchange terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Promotions and discount codes may have specific terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions involving misuse of discount codes or promotional offers.

Gift cards and store credit may be used according to the terms shown at the time they are issued.

Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
